Blogging 101: Resources to Help You Blog For Your Business

I’m big on blogging. That’s one of the reasons why I try to post here every day. I’m convinced that nearly every business can benefit from blogging, regardless of what industry you are in, or whether you are B2C or B2B. It all comes down to your approach.

A few months back I wrote 7 Reasons Why Your Business Should Be Blogging. It’s all a part of the inbound marketing equation that helps you “get found”.

I’ve also given you some very practical tips in 9 Things You Should Know About Blogging for Business.

And I’ve shared some secrets about making your blog more “sociable” in Simple Ways to Extend Your Blog’s Reach.

But creating content isn’t all there is to blogging.

For the true inbound marketing experience you also need to know the basics of blogging, including how to create and set-up a blog, how to manage a blog, who should be writing the blog, etc.

A great resource to learn about all of these, and more, is the webinar, How To Effectively Blog for Business from Hubspot‘s Inbound Marketing University. You can watch the seminar below, or even visit our free Educational Resources page and attend all of IMU’s seminars in order to become an Inbound Marketing Certified Professional. The courses are free and will help prepare you to become better at helping others find your business online.

And if you are interested in learning more, you can contact us for hands on educational help or to speak to your business or group.
