One of my favorite Social Media videos has been Eric Qualman’s Social Media Revolution. I almost always play it for prospective clients, and for those I’m teaching in Social Media classes, as a way of starting the conversation.
My only frustration was that I almost always have to preface it by reminding folks that the video, and the statistics in it, are about a year old. And with rapidly advancing technology, we have traveled much further.
